Welcome to Integrity Property Management

 

     Hi and welcome! My wife Angela and I purchased a 3500 sq ft, two-story home on the north side of The Woodlands in the spring of 2020. We've named our guesthouse "Das Haus", we rent four furnished rooms in our home. I arrived in The Woodlands on the April tax weekend flood of 2016. I stayed at the College Park Fairfield Inn that first weekend and haven't strayed from the area. Steven's Lair Guesthouse was my first property management project here in Texas and it went very well. Now I've moved on to a more exciting project, our "Das Haus" guesthouse. It is themed with an Old World, European feel. We also rent a lovely 3 bed, 2 bath David Weekly home in the Imperial Oaks development on the south side of The Woodlands. Semi-retired in property management keeps me busy and still entrepreneurial. I like it that way. :)

Single Family Home Rentals:

     We have a beautiful David Weekly home available in "The Arbor" section of the Imperial Oaks development. (Rayford Road) The home is toward the rear of the development near Aldine Westfield Road and just a couple of blocks from Kaufman Elementary School. See the photo slide show under

Photo Galleries:

     I am continuously adding to the online photo galleries. Amateur photography is a hobby. With a dad who held a dual major PhD in US History and Political Science from Cal Berkeley and was a college professor, I also tend to enjoy annotating the photos with tourist info, culture, history, geography, etc. Most of the photos in the galleries are from my trips to the Dominican Republic. 

 

Health and Wellness:

     I have for many years been an outside the box, health enthusiast. It all started almost 20 years ago when my first wife was prescribed typical American medical establishment "Standard of Care" synthetic hormones and turned into a different person. Both me and my teenage kids thought, "There's gotta be a better way!" I am thankful for the wake-up call and have never looked back.

 

     Some of the writing in this section was completed a few years ago. I'll be revising all of the sections as time goes by. The second section under this heading though, "What Is Health and Wellness?", is a pertinent consideration of one's quality of life, optimal healthcare, and today's American medical system. Highly recommended if this subject is of interest to you.
